This is my first snow emergency/snow storm since last year's winter was so mild.

I'm expecting a time sensitive document in the mail tomorrow. Will mail delivery continue as normal?

I'd assume that your document will arrive as scheduled. I don't know what the official policies are, but generally I believe they try to keep normal service unless it's too difficult or dangerous to get through. Help them along by making sure your mailbox is shoveled out and the steps (if any) safe to climb. I also usually shovel a "mailman path" (in addition to the regular shoveling of sidewalks, etc.) to make it easier and faster for our mailman on his rounds.

I would suspect that mail in SW MN is going to be delayed a day or so tomorrow because of the road closures but in the metro, probably not an issue unless conditions worsen overnight. Make sure your mail box is accessible or your mail person won't stop.

Might be delayed a bit, there will still be mail delivery. Remember in December most first class mail is a bit slower than normal- if you paid for overnight delivery it should get there.
