Why? Because we love hockey?

Seriously. Minnesota seems to be one of the saner places I've been, and it's certainly more "sane" than the area I live in now.

Maybe it's because we like Minnesota better than California? You'll understand our reasoning once the Big One hits and the entire left coast slides into the sea...

Default moving to mn. from ca

Hello,
I moved here from Modesto,Ca. 6 years ago. I manage an apt. bldg. in Edina, great school district very safe area. It is VERY different here alot less to do than Ca. 1200.00 is a reasonable amount in this area that will afford you a 1100 sq. ft 2 bed 2 bath.the areas you named are all good. I am considering moving back to the Folsom area. It is quite hard to make friends here and then for them to stay in your life. My suggestion check out other states. write if you have questions.

Naw, just a difference in personalities.

I do find it completely odd that there is even hockey in that state as most Californians think of hockey as a Canadian thing. I guess some find grown men on ice skates amusing. Take away the Sharks and Kings and no one will notice that they are gone.

C'mon, I grew up in fear of the big one. It balanced out Reagan Era Cold War just nicely
