im sorry everyone but i have to complain. so last saturday i took the kids to the como zoo. they had this thing called zoo boo. they had people dressed up as creatures and it was fun. but instead of giving out candy like normal halloween people, they give out yogurt, pencils, band-aids. A BAND-AID FOR HALLOWEEN?? are u serious? i was so disappointed.

Go on Halloween night--you will get candy then. There are too many Crunchie's as Zoo Boo and stuff like that who won't give their kids candy...thus the bandaids...

Zoo Boo isn't Halloween though--that isn't until next week. Trust me, kids still get bags and bags of candy when they actually go trick-or-treating.

Kids get candy on Halloween, not at a party at some PC institution like the zoo. You jumped the shark on this one. Relax. There'll be plenty of candy to be had when the time comes.

I agree with the other posters...you and your children are very fortunate that this is your concern. It's not even Halloween day yet? I kind of like that they're not giving out junk food at the zoo. Lots of candy to come on the actual holiday!!!
