Well what can I say? You're in the Wayzata school district. Almost all of Plymouth is going to be spendy. Certain parts in the Hopkins school district are more affordable.

Hi saisri,

They're all good in the Wayzata School District. I am a Realtor and live in Plymouth. If you would like more detail feel free to contact me.

plymouth has at least 4 school districts (Wayzata, Hopkins, Robbinsdale and Golden Valley.)

All are very good districts, especially Hopkins. Elementary schools in all districts are quite good, while the high schools in Wayzata and Hopkins are probably a bit better.)

Any difference academically would be unnoticeable to most people, very minor. Both districts are very good.

There is no place like the Wayzata schools--and yes there is a big difference between districts and elementary schools. Kimberly Lane was just given a Blue Ribbon award--one of only 8 in the state I believe. There is no guarentee that any Wayzata school district neighborhood will not reboundry to a different elementary school within the district so choose a neighborhood you enjoy within the school district you prefer. As the district continues to grow some elementary schools have become overcrowded and neighborhoods are moved to a different school. We are currently in Maple Grove-Wayzata school district and would like to move to Plymouth but want to keep the kids in their current schools. Definitely a challenge!
