Best airport that I've ever been to. The Delta terminal is fantastic.

You must not get out much. MSP is an absolute dump. Go experience DFW-D or MIA not to mention airports abroad like HKG, HND, ICN, or SIN

Wow, I don't think MSP is a dump at all and I'm not even from there. I've had stopovers several times and I thought the airport was nice. Plenty of food options, lots of seating, terminals are big and open.

The renovated terminals that MSP and the ease of I'm seating particularly for restaurant self-service is awesome. I also really like the fresh market/market style ability to get fresh fruits etc.

DFW? Seriously? What an absolute clusterf...

I love how DFW totally emulates the rest of the the Dallas area. Sprawl, sprawl, sprawl, and a pain to get to. No thanks.

I like the airport but the baggage handling is a joke. Slowest system on earth! I have waited up to an hour for my one bag to appear at MSP and that's not an isolated incident.

Yes, the OP as well as the CEO of Delta (and former CEO of Northwest) likely have considerably less knowledge of the MSP airport than you do.

MSP is not really a dump, but there are nicer international airports, like Schiphol. I'd say MSP is probably the nicest domestic airport, although I like the international terminal at SFO too.

You must not have been to MSP in the last 20 years. To call it a dump is absolutely ridiculous. I'm not going to argue subjective comparisons with you-- if you like the Asian airports better that's cool by me. But a dump? That just gave you zero credibility in my book and makes me wonder if you've actually even been to any of those airports in real life or whether it's just another internet fantasy life.
