Hello
We will be moving back to MN after living in Florida for 2 years. Most of our years were spent in NW rural MN but we have lived downtown St Paul while on contract assignment (I am a nurse). We have lived in the Cosmopolitan and Lowertown Commons. Both had their pros and cons. But both need some updating. What we are interested in is a downtown location, but newer,updated. I absolutely loved living in St Paul. Any feedback appreciated.
