I did read about allinahealth strike. I just spoke with a talent recruiter from allina (literally 1 hour ago). I think unions are good. For example Denver, has no union and the pay rate is a slap in the face.

Side note, the STD rate in Denver is appalling.

The beauty of going non-union in MN is they basically match up with the union joints on pay and benefits and you don't get stuck with dues and strikes.

It seems most of the hospitals are unionized. I will look at more of them. Abbot is magnet status and unionized.

Regions in St. Paul is not union. Not sure of others.
