Maple Grove, too. Eden Prairie and Apple Valley. I wouldn't say Desis are "everywhere", but compared to the 1980's, they have populated more places. In the 80's, the Mandir was on 20th and Polk. Now it is in the country near Maple Grove.

You will find places in Eden Prairie easily. The movie theater in the mall there even shows Indian movies I believe.
