...and with the police union's support, will probably keep his job. What kind of justice is this?

This kind. You'd want to look at the 5th Amendment. Constitution for the United States - We the People

I certainly doubt he will keep his job. Yanez lost his job with the St. Anthony PD after shooting Castile, who he pulled over and there was a gun in the vehicle. In this case, the victim called the police and was unarmed. Open and shut case for him not to be on the force any longer. The citizens deserve better.

The police union does not want the controversy. Noor already had 3 complaints against him in the past. Think you can be confident that his police career in Minneapolis is over.

Is the investigation done? If not, I say we wait before we pass judgement.

The investigation is being kept open in case Noor changes his mind and decides to speak to the BCA. The former police chief of the MPD had enough information from the BCA to say that the shooting should not have happened. I give that more credibility.

Noor's "bad acts" (his laziness and incompetence) are not going to be admitted in trial.

I think the Australian family should sue Minneapolis into the red for allowing this person wear a gun and badge.

Noor is going to do 10 years. Poor guy was a victim/tool of the "diversity" agenda. Lol

i have an ongoing reminder to check on this case. its highly irregular for a cop to do time even for murdering someone. its been a little while since something new came up. looks like this may be the beginning of the overturning of his conviction:
