Thought this article on the Grand Rounds "missing link" and planned development was interesting (link below), if there are any residential areas around this primarily business/ industrial section, it might be a good time to buy
.
We have really enjoyed the beauty, history, and recreational offerings of the parkway spaces all year long. Besides picnics, games, walking, running, and biking; our neighborhood offers multiple concert series, ice cream socials, and movie nights (among other events) throughout the summer on our strip of the Grand Rounds....I think HWS Cleveland would be content to see his vision of a "green necklace" of open space around Minneapolis thrive as a popular place for residents and visitors to play and build community.
