Hard to understand what goes through these people's minds, especially when the temperature outside is below zero. Not surprisingly, it happened in North Side, victim-African American, shot and killed in broad daylight. What about the Rosemount high school student who wacked another kid with a kitchen knife? What about the kid from Savage who made a fake babysitter ad on craigslist and then killed a girl and threw her in the trunk of a car? What about the kids in Chaska who killed their parents in a plot to use their inheritance to open up a coffee shop in Amsterdam? What about the jerks in Eagan who bashed in my front and back windshield with a baseball bat and shot the back two windows out with a 22? What the **** is wrong with those people southern surburbs boy?

Last year Mpls didn't have that many murders. I hope that this murder isn't an indication of a violent year.

All of the above people appear to have a problem with violence.
Just because some violent events happen elsewhere in the city doesn't lessen the fact that such incidents *DO* tend to happen to concentrate in certain areas of the metro. Failure to recognize that is flat-out denying the problem.
IMO.
