The extension office is a great resource for things like figuring out how to take care of plants, getting rid of various bugs, etc. They are a wealth of information. Each county has an extension office as well. I know when the asian beetles started showing up I called them to find out how to get rid of them and they were most helpful.

Well,I am interested in animals including small ones such as insects,so are these asian beetles harmless if I picked them up and how can I attract them?

Updated:So,these asian beetles are a type of ladybugs and this is an interesting fact that I found:The Mall of America, for instance, releases thousands of ladybugs into its indoor park as a natural means of pest control for its gardens.

Lady bugs and Asian beetles are not the same. Asian beetles are not native and are causing problems. You DON'T want the attract them. They look like ladybugs so it is difficult to tell the difference.
