Does anyone know when single game tickets go on sale. On their website it just says later this summer. I'm looking to go to the Packers game. Will that sell out? Thanks.

Okay, no input? Would anyone recommend a hotel in that area?

I imagine it will sell out.

The new Aloft looks REALLY nice. I don't know what your price range is though. There are hotels downtown in a lot of price ranges. If you're looking for a really fun trip, try staying downtown. If you're trying to save money, there are a few hotels in the U of M area that are probably a bit cheaper. Sorry I can't give specific recommendations.

packers game is very difficult to get tickets for. The hardest game by far. Lot of Packer fans make the trip.

Find something along the Lightrail so you don't have to worry about parking near the stadium. You can go as far as Bloomington by the Mall of America, I like the Country Inn and Suites by the mall. Take the Lightrail to the Stadium. Getting Packer tickets is next to impossible. Be online a second after the single ticket games go for sale and you might get one. Your best bet is a scalper.

Well it says Single Game Tickets go on sale later this summer on their website. Is it easy to get tickets this way? I just want to make sure I get tickets ASAP, because if Favre plays for the Vikes and I can't get any of those Single Game tickets, the price will be insane on Stubhub. Right now, the prices are already like 4x the normal rate. A $30.00 ticket is selling for $120.00. Would they go up much more if Favre does play? Thanks for the help.

Sorry didn't notice the message above. That really sucks that it's that crazy. I worry that if I rely on a scalper, I won't get any tickets or I'll be paying through the roof. Is there a better option than Stubhub at all? I checked ebay and it was the exact same thing.

Thanks, I tried there and they sell for around the same price. Does anyone in this world sell tickets for face value? It seems everyone is in it for a profit. I did take a look at the Aloft and it does look very nice. I think I may stay there. It's going to suck being around a bunch of Packer fans in these hotels!

Nobody is going to sell vikes v packers for face in advance. Nobody. For the most part, the rivalry is friendly and there is not much serious conflict. Just the normal trash talk. Not sure how much Farve adds to demmand. Lot of packer fans hate this development and have lost respect. Lot of Viking fans want to see a long term solution. Dude is a player of players, but it sure is not clear that he can still play at top level.

Good luck with your search. I think you will end up paying a bunch to see this game. For many it is worth every penny.
