My family is considering buying a house in Stillwater (we live in Saint Paul right now), but I am worried about the commute to my new job in western Bloomington (494 and Normandale Blvd.).

I was wondering if there was anyone in Stillwater who has a similar commute, and who could give me some feedback on how awful it is!

Thanks.

I have family in Stillwater and have met at MOA many times. It takes my sister about 40 minutes to get to MOA without rush hour, add the 494 section after the mall to Hwy 100 and that can take 30 in rush hour some days. It wouldn't be a fun commute.
