Yeah, I doubt it will be a problem. A few years ago I was doing a training for a black student journalist group, and the woman presenting with me called the Twin Cities the home of multiracial babies. One of my friends who passes for white is married to a black man, and she said the worst problems they have is when they go to Milwaukee -- which, having grown up near there, is not surprising. So just keep that in mind if you ever travel there. I've known some people in Mpls to call Milwaukee up south, and that's not too far from the truth. But here, you should be fine.

It's pretty common, and while I've never asked if my friends in interracial relationships have had any problems, they've never mentioned any negative encounters. Not to say that it might not happen, but I think it would be pretty unusual.
Minnesota never had any laws against interracial marriages, period. That might be a good indicator.
