Also, the River Blvd. in St. Paul, between the Lake St and Ford Pkwy bidges. Another pocket of slightly less impressive ones along Edgecumb Rd between Randolph and Davern St.

Summit Ave and Lake of the Isles are my favorite places to tour with out of town guests - it seems like there's a little more to it than just driving by a bunch of large suburban homes - the lake, some history, etc. Lake Minnetonka area is interesting too but better to see from the lake than from the road. Plus you're on public roads rather than trespassing on private roads and land as you are in places like North Oaks.
