Hey all,

I will be moving to Minneapolis in September or October. I am looking at loft living in the Warehouse district or North Loop areas to live--and now for my question;

I have a BIG TRUCK, and I have difficutly parking in parking structures, Does anyone living in one of these areas, who would know whether or not the garages in the loft building tend to have high, or low ceilings?

I love my truck, and do not want to have to give it up to live in a loft. I would appriciate any info you might have on this.

Thanks,
Richwanket

What kind of truck. You might have problems. But you could park on the street or in a lot.

thanks for the reply, It is a Ford f350. Is parking on the street a problem. I currently live in Brooklyn Ny, and most of the time I do not have a problem, and other times I have to park several blocks away. Anyway, thanks for the info.

If you are the one moving here to run Trader Joes in Woodbury, I would look at living in Wisconsin, like in the Hudson area, about 15 minutes away. Cheaper housing and lower taxes. Stay out of Ramsey and Hennepin Counties. Look to Washington or Dakota, or to such cities as Hastings, Mn. There are lots of small cities along the St Croix and the Mississippi, maybe a half hours drive.

I like TJ's tuna in olive oil. The jerks at the other Twin City TJ's say they cannot get it. I think not. Everytime I go to Sacramento I buy some out there and bring it back. Cannot stand tuna in water.

well i think your truck would fit, most of the garages in that area are now underground and have a higher clearance
