I came across one that seems very nice, but fairly remote. Anyone have any info. on "The Ponds?"

I've been using Bing Maps (incredible birds eye views) to get a general scope of things, but according to my research a lot has changed since the visuals they use were taken. Anyways, thanks for all of the help so far!
I looked on the Internet-it looks like The Pond's is in Sartell near the golf course. Sartell is a highly desirable place to live. Again, nothing is really that far in St. Cloud. Think of Sartell as a "suburb" of St. Cloud.

This one?
The Ponds in Sartell, MN

Only seen it and driven by it, looking at it it should be really nice. I live in a cheapy 3 bedroom lol, isn't fancy in the slightest. Outdated appliances and all that lol so any expensive place looks nice in comparison.

You try driving from Sartell to downtown St. Cloud. It's not 'far' but it can be a pain in the butt.

The Ponds is in a very quiet neighborhood right next to a big development of cookie cutter split levels. The apartments are nice. There's another new development that opened in Sartell called The Lodge at Pine Lakes. You should check out Windsong, Westwood Pkwy Estates, and Grandview.

I recommended Westwood Parkway Estates in my post with all the links, its a very simple drive to downtown. Isn't remote or anything.
