Do you like the winters here?

I surely don't. When I get older and hopefully have money, I'll probably move to a warmer area.

No. Too long and too snowy. I like a bit of winter, though, and missed them while living in warm climates. If they lasted for two months that would be enough to give me a chance to do some fun winter things, get my fill of snow, and be refreshed and once again able to fully appreciate being able to go outside without having to bundle up.

I loved them for the 40 years I lived up there. Warmer climates are nice, but you pay a price ... more poisonous and/or obnoxious critters, less comfortable summers, etc.

Yes. But it definitely starts to get old around this time of the year.

The Vikings/Wolves/Wild/Gophers are offering little to no distraction this year.

When I was younger, I would say yes, definitely. I did a lot of winter activities, snowmobiling, ice fishing, etc. For awhile, there were too many years of hardly any snow. When you are a snowmobiler, that stinks!

But now as I'm getting older, I'm more indifferent. I don't mind winter, but it's more of a "take it or leave it" attitude. I do enjoy seeing the joy my kids have for it though! And I do love each season for different reasons, always ready for the next one.

Yes, I like all of the seasons here. At the beginning of a season it is fresh, new, and a nice change, by the end of a season, I am ready for the next one-doesn't matter if it is summer or winter. Usually in the beginning of March I am ready to move on to spring. Last year was lovely as we had zero snow in March and lovely 60-70 temps for much of the month-and the golf courses were open early

Winter may have its drawbacks (crappy commutes, etc) but I'd completely miss it. I lived in Colorado for a number of years and missed winter (I lived in Denver, where the snow doesn't stay on the ground).

I don't mind the cold, in general, but the duration definitely wears on me. I would give $100 to be able to step outside in shorts and a t-shirt and enjoy some 60 degree weather.
