I golfed yesterday. Although the greens were un-puttable. Still can say I "played" as late as 12-14 in my life.

There are going to be a couple courses open today as well. Pretty unreal.

The car said 16F this morning, but that was from the inside of our noninsulated garage, however it is -12F outside this morning, same as yesterday morning. At least they say a warm up is coming.

I just can't believe it - it's snowing - again (still) - it's April 10. I have to admit this is pretty but it would be prettier if it were Dec and not April.

OK - rant over.

I moved out of MN in 2012 for a warmer state, but I have very fond memories of April 10.

In 1977, April 10 was on Easter Sunday and the temp in central Minnesota was a record 87 (that record still stands 38 years later)

I had a dark sun tan from going bareback and the oats in our area was all seeded and farmers were getting their corn fields ready to plant.

That was a.......perfect........year for farming and the early spring and timely rains all summer contributed to a great harvest.

Seems like the springs in MN are getting later and the falls are getting shorter
