Pawlenty ends presidential bid | StarTribune.com

At least the rest of the country will be spared from his "philosophy"--Bachman winning, not such a good thing either....

Past winners such as Pat Robertson, Phil Gramm and Mitt Romney will no doubt be asked by the Bachmann brain trust on their key stategies that allowed them to maintain the momentum gained in Iowa to the eventual nomination. Oh wait... never mind.

Pawlenty lost any hope of electability when he gave up his soul to become a cog in the Talking Points machine.

Lot of good it did him, right?

Pawlenty had no chance from the beginning. At least he was smart to get out now.

Ron Paul was #2 in the straw poll and is getting NO attention. Most media outlets are saying the final 3 are Bachmann, Perry, and Romney when the top three people in the straw poll were Bachmann, Ron Paul, and Pawlenty.

In fairness, Romney didn't participate in the straw poll (admittedly maybe because he thought he would lose), and Perry hadn't even declared his candidacy yet.

By the way, who is Pawenty?
