... is it an actual mall or is it just one of those buildings that called a mall and used to be one but isn't anymore? I couldn't find a website with a list of stores or anything. Thanks!

It's not called the Galleria Mall anymore. It is University Center or University Shops or something like that. The University of Minnesota Rochester is there now, so they changed the name. There are still stores on at least 2 levels, but might be 3. A lot are higher end stores, but attached to it is a Barnes and Noble that is in an old theater. An absolute MUST SEE. There are some restaurants and food court. There's a game store, I believe a kitchen store, clothing stores, a chocolate shop, etc. There are also stores in the subway system of Mayo - clothing and others. I've never been there, but there are shops on the 2nd floor of a hotel down there - one of the Kahlers. There's also a nice area between the Mayo and Gonda buildings and the University Center called the Peace Plaza.
