International Falls is my favourite and I feel weird for saying that because there are far more scenic areas but the city of Int'l Falls just really left a positive impression on me. I loved everywhere in MN that I went though. If I were to go by scenery then Duluth would definitely be my favourite and Ely would probably be second. I want to go to Grand Marais, Grand Portage and everywhere in between Duluth and the Ontario border someday! If it weren't for my damn wonderful family I'd probably move to MN!

My town is dying a slow painful death. It doesn't have to be this way but the powers that be do absolutely nothing to grow in any way shape or form, it's all regress close or disappear all together. It is so sad.

We have 700 residents, a decent school and are located right on Highway 71. Our Main Street is almost a Ghost Town. There are but a hand full of businesses left open, nothing new since I've been here (all of six years) and plenty has closed up for good.

Its primarily a farm supported town but plenty of opportunity to grow and support businesses yet nothing happens. Other towns around are just fine.

Our sad town council is responsible for the fact that this town doesn't belong on a list of Minnesota City/Town favorites.
