Since Minnesota has open enrollment and our house is between Foley and Milaca, which school would you choose? I saw on the school ratings website that Foley has higher marks, but I also know that there is more to consider. Just wondering if anyone has an opinion regarding these two schools.
Thanks in advance for sharing.

I'm going to say that the chances of anyone here having insider knowledge of both of those schools is pretty small, just forewarning. I would say that you should probably visit both schools a couple times and see which one seems like a better fit for your family. Gut feeling is Foley will have a bit more going for it just because it's closer to St. Cloud but I don't really know for sure. If it comes down to a coin toss, pick the bigger school as they will have more course offerings and activities at the high school level.

Thanks golfgal. Visiting both schools is on the agenda (have a year). I happened to catch an article this week about the Milaca school not having enough space for incoming first graders. I'll have to look into that more.
