Awesome news its a pretty drive! We live in a very ugly city...one of our wishes is to live where there is more natural beauty. From what I have seen, Rochester isn't a home run, but its clearly more pretty then we are used to.

Roch isn't the prettiest city but it by far is not the ugliest. If you move here, you'll have to go explore SE of Roch and over by the Mississippi, especially Red Wing (IMO). You will really appreciate it. There is a lot of beauty here around here. Also if you move here, you can take weekend trips north and see even more of the beauty of Minnesota.

Totally! That's the plan

Now can I get you to do a snow dance so my kids can see the snow when we get there? First time ever

Well there's snow on the ground now and the temps have been pretty low, so I'm pretty sure there will be snow next month and the next and the next and the next.
