People are friendly, people are the farthest from racism they can be, people are educated, and best of all, rural education in this state is way better than suburban education in a lot of other states.

I do not know but it is true. I'm still waiting for a rival state but after much research can not find one... I will say I've never been to Alaska and heard that's pretty high up there for QOL.

Oh fer crying out loud. I love Minnesota but those crazy folks up in the legislature won't be satisfied until they've legislated us into bankruptcy.

Please. We're one of the few states that actually had a budget surplus in 2014.

I believe he meant bankruptcy at a personal level due excess taxation. It was hyperbole.
