Back in 2014 I got a place in my name for my big sister very thing went well and she paid the bills but then in 2015 I became pregnant and did not want her to resign the lease and she did electronically some how she was able to and now 2017 I'm still not able to get a place becaue it says I have an unpaid balance of 7000 I'm so lost what to do.
