Looks like this has been cancelled. If I had to guess, I’d say they put this stuff out there before they asked for the permits etc. I can’t see that any blame for this is on the city at all.

Apparently this fair has gone forward. Its happening right now.

Ahhhh, segregation is alive and welll, in MN (wwhere I don't believe it was ever legal, until now....)
