I have listened to Ron Paul speak before. Palin is what is wrong with the Republican party today.

Yes, I would say she speaks for the socially conservative base. The questions I have are: Why did she resign as the governor of Alaska and the oil and gas board? Getting OT. That would be a further discussion for the politics forum.

I used to be Republican, and folks with her beliefs (and GWB's) are why I left the party.

She represents a lot of 'middle america' as opposed to trust fund families. But her quitting as governor makes me doubt if she can handle the spotlight.

BTW stay classy tomato throwers.

I doubt the Twins would sign that tomatoe thrower as he aimed at her and hit a cop.

However he was subsequently signed by the Pittsburgh Pirates. GM Neil Huntinton was quoted as saying "we are always looking to stock the minors with fresh produce."

End OT.
