Could you be a bit more specific about what you are looking for?

What are typical monthly rent prices for a studio or 1-bdrm in Tupelo? A decent one w/out worries of infestations, and has modern electrical wiring & plumbing and has been kept up.

We have two rental units, which are 3 brm, 2 bath with lawn care included. We get 675/month, but have not had a vacancy in years.

Are you coming permanently or temporarily? There is some development going on.

I've applied for a job but not sure if I'll be selected. I just wanted a feel for what my monthly expenses might be. I wouldn't (couldn't) purchase a home right now because I own one elsewhere.

Hello, I am looking for a house for my sister and her family (including my 75 y/o mother). I noticed that you have houses that you rent and that there are no vacancies, but I am trying every option that I can to help them.

Would you know of any properties that are for rent, 3/2 at least, and in a safe neighborhood? Many thanks.

Don't know of anything right off hand. Be sure to contact Gumtree Propert Management, mentioned above, and also be sure to contact both Crye-Leike Realty and Tommy Morgan/Colwell Banker Realty and ask them; they both handle a lot of rental properties.

There are lots of safe neighborhoods
