You really couldn't make three trips around without stopping to walk? Must be the Marlboro's since you are in such great shape.

That's your cookie for being better than everyone else. You got out and walked a little before packing it in after 3 laps. You showed up and walked a mile or two. Now you can talk about it on City Data. Feel better about yourself don't you?

If the sunshine is peaking over the hill, it's never too early. 7am is a perfect time of the morning for excercise. It gets too hot after 9am. plus people got things to do like shopping, or cutting the yard, etc..

And 7am is not written in stone anyway, that's just the start time and for those early birds like me that like to get up with the roosters. but if you feel like 10am is perfect for you, then by all means do it. but be warned, it will be HOT by 10am guaranteed.

See you next month!!

I walked because I wanted to not because I had to.

But when you make it out there to make ONE LAP running or walking, then YOU can talk.

You betcha!...Nothing's worse than being a bitter couch potato. You should really think about coming out there, you could really burn off some of that stale attitude you got there.

I feel just fine about myself after my wife and I ride 6 miles on our bicycles, or walk 3 laps around our neighborhood. I don't need to drive 2 and a half hours to Jackson to walk, but thanks for the invite!

Oh really?

Then take a break from the norm.
