You give up too easily, my friend. I believe the ability for a state to close a clinic due to a trumped up "admitting priviledges" statute has yet to be tested in the appelate court system. Since no one can show any just cause as to how "admitting priviledges" makes anyone safer, I doubt this statute will hold up under appeal.

LOL! They gave me a chance to vote and I did! I'm sure you did, too. Now they seem to be saying that, "No, Y'all reached the wrong conclusion; here's the right way".

And then they hide behind their legislation, obfuscating the whole issue with ghost objections. One thing about those pro-lifers, though; they can sure get wound up about their cause. They'll break out the Bible; The Constitution; everything but The Magna Carta.
