They were hungry. When do you think they should be eating?

Yes, it is normal. Kudzu is excellent forage for deer.

More "normally", you're right in that deer normally move around and eat when it's cooler. But they can and do move and eat any time of day.

Generally they stay put during the day, but they do move around sometimes. When we lived in Texas it was fairly common to see a deer or two out grazing with the cattle.

HaHaHaHa. Welcome to Mississippi brother. I was driving from Memphis to Ripley, Mississippi two weeks ago and I saw two deer on hwy 15 near the Tippah County lake exit at about 5pm and it had to be about 90 degrees. I have seen panthers or Jaguars whatever you want to call them run across hwy 98 between McComb and Hattiesburg. I've seen Eagles going from Byram to Raymond. I saw a ufo on highway 25 going from Starkville to Jackson. So long story short nothing surprises me in Mississippi.

OK. Jaguars are native to South America. I'm not saying you didn't see jaguars because I wasn't there, but.......

Now, how do you know where that UFO was going. I mean, besides just knowing that most people from Jackson seem to be from outer space, how could you tell it was going to Jackson? It might have been going to Clinton.

I've never seen a panther, jaguar or UFO in Mississippi but certainly there is nothing in the slightest bit unusual about seeing deer moving about and feeding at any hour of the day.

Do the UFO's normally come out when it's 98 degrees or do they hide until the cooler parts of the day?
