I'm absolutely positive that's not the only popular restaurant owned by a black man which is popular among the whites and blacks.
Positive change is real jobs, political leadership, and a change from this archaic ideal of
tradition and
values .
No growing city or state boasts it's moral values, instead they sell their jobs, schools, and quality of life. All of which Mississippi is dearly lacking.
