LOL! Now, I don't think I've ever eaten possum. I've eaten deer, alligator, rabbit, and pigeon but never possum. Does anyone eat it? What's it taste like?

Oh my goodness, this thread was so funny. I'm born and raised TN/MS line until about 5 years ago when we moved to Arizona. In all truth people out here really do think we are toothless backwoods hillbillies. Its a sad world.
