Great economy. Good place to be for logistics.

DeSoto County is a booming area and classic suburban location. All the towns are nice overall.

Many people move there for larger lots and extra land at a good price, and of course for high levels of safety, sense of community, and good schools. It's very much on the upswing and you can't go wrong with any area; they're all quite similar, particularly south from Goodman Road. (Although north of Goodman Rd is perfectly fine also).

As you go south from Goodman Road, and even moreso south of Church Road, the homes get newer. Getwell Road, going south from Goodman Rd, is nice all the way down to Hernando and has a nice sense of community in terms of balance of shops, schools, churches, parks and neighborhoods.

Highway 305 south from Church Rd in Olive Branch is also very wooded and hilly with many neighborhoods, many on large lots. The east side of Olive Branch is nice also, especially along Center Hill Rd south of town.

Hernando is great and has a town square. There are many nice and very open areas in terms of land, in all directions from town.

The area south of Horn Lake is heavily wooded with rolling hills and homes on 10 to 20 acre lots dotted throughout. It's all good and may come down just a feeling.
