There doesn't appear to be any legal obligation here. A company, like an individual, is free to chose a course of action regarding business at it's own discretion.

So when did free will, the human right of self determination, become a "shady business practice"?

It didn't. Nothing to see here. It's just a business decision. Donald Trump is the only person trying to help this country and people do not see or do not want to see it because either they are brainwashed or getting their pockets lined and Trump threatens that, so he gets it from all angles.

I don't care if what I said is popular or not, or if someone likes it or does not like it. Is what it is.

Didn't the article say the Scion is a 4-star hotel? It doesn't look like one.
