Leave it to FedEx to think a little outside the box and solve their problem. It's a 2 hour ride each way, it's free, and takes permanent part time workers to and from their job. After 90 days they get benefits. $13/hour minimum.
Some of those workers will find full time work at FedEx if they want it.

Some nice lakes and hiking within a few hours too.

Yeah, but I've grown quite distasteful of Oxford. Must be the attitude of the town.
