The K-Swiss flag is called the "Great River Flag." It also looks a lot like an interstate sign.

I like #4 with the state line. The one with the tree looks too much like Indiana's flag.

I would wager that you're still going to see the older, controversial flag flying from various homes and other places for years to come.

You would lose.
You may see the traditional rebel flag, but you won't see the old state flag anywhere. The fact is, it is rare to see a rebel flag these days.
The new state flag will fly everywhere that it is appropriate to fly a state flag, whereas most towns and cities have already taken down the old one.

This is true, I have never seen much of the state flag other than flying over state and local government buildings and I see the confederate battle flag rarely (most of the time in rural areas, confederate monuments or on bumper stickers/clothing). There is a confederate monument I drive by often and the battle battle flag flies above it, but that's a rarity.

I think often is more suitable than rare. I see plenty of rebel flag memorablia & tattoos every other day here in Tupelo.

What do you think?
You think the memorial downtown should go or should it stay?

I can understand this. If the confederate battle flag offended me, I'd probably notice it more. I don't care about it either way, so i probably don't notice it as much in memorabilia or tattoos.

I am not a Mississippian, but I like the hurricane ravaged magnolia tree, #3.
