Nonchalant about it to be honest.

It's a random CSA soldier that's displayed and it wouldn't make a difference if it's moved or not. The history of it is meaningful for a section of people & meaningless for others.

Just my observation. The confederate battle flag is nothing more to me than a flag of history.

Why are you and vivrelibre so proud to display a complete lack of empathy over the Confederate flag issue?
Do you feel like that over everything that happens in this country?
- I don't care about the Parkland shooting, they weren't my kids
- I don't care about HIV, I don't know anyone who died

Are your lives just nonstop not giving a darn about anything that doesn't directly hurt you?

Down to two.

Jackson Jambalaya: Then There Were Two

I'm still for the KSwiss logo/Interstate sign.

HIV and shootings effect everyone today. The confederate battle flag is a piece of cloth briefly used by some of my ancestors in a foolish endeavor 150 years ago. And my ancestors weren't aristocrats, but poor foot soldiers sent to fight an un-winnable war. It is likely most didn't understand the full scope of what was being asked of them.

1. I gave my answer.
2. Everything? Nope. Some things? Yes.
3. Catch 22. If you put too much time in some things that aren't directly impacting you then it's time wasted. We're all impacted by things differently & others untouched. I can't get sentimental about every social event that's displayed in mainstream attention.

I'm not from Mississippi so pardon my question:

Are you all comfortable with flags that say "In God We Trust". Couldn't it possilby run afould of the first amendment "establishment" clause?
