Where can I find a house by a lake or on a lake for $200,000 or less? (Jackson: condo)

Preferably within a 30 minute drive to the suburbs of Jackson, or reasonably close to Gulfport or Biloxi.

Any ideas on if this is possible? Within a .5 mile walk would be ideal. Any idea if something like this could be found?

Edit: Yes I know the Gulf is right there, but would prefer a lake if at all possible in that area.

Look at the Resevoir in Jackson - did I spell that right? You may have a hard time with your price, but maybe not. Eagle Lake outside of Vicksburg is nice and in your price, but far out.

I don't think you'll find anything right on the Reservoir for that price unless it's a condo.

Check out Lake Lorman in Madison County. I know of a 3,500 square foot house that sold for $200,000 recently. Good luck.
