I'll ask the guys working at the Casino im working at and find out for you. I know welders are making 19-22 an hour here with no experiance.. but let me find out, and get back to you..

In the mean time look at this link.. http://gulfport.craigslist.org/trd/

Also try career builders ( www.careerbuilder.com ) and type the work you do in the search.

Default I've got some heavy equipment that needs work, too

While you're at it, if you run across anyone who could use a couple of New Holland tractors with their own dirt pans (with or without operators), I've got them! I'll pay a commission if I can just get these working.

I'd really like to find something for them to do before I have to auction them off.

I talked to a Crane operator today.. he asked me if I knew anyone looking for work.

15 bucks an hour he said. They build concrete houses.

Default Earth moving equipment and operator available

I appreciate it, but I need to put my equipment to work. I've got a 400 horsepower New Holand w/two Reynolds dirt pans that I need to put to work. I've got the driver, too, just need the site!

Let me know if you run across anyone. I'm getting close to putting the equipment on the block if something doesn't break pretty soon.

We just moved to Olive Branch, MS from Florida. There is so much residential building in DeSoto county....I can't advise how to go about which companies hire heavy equipment operators but here in DeSoto new subdivisions are springing up everywhere. This is a suburb of Memphis and Olive Branch and Southaven both seem to be building all over the place. You might also check Tunica county (where the casinos are) there seems to be a lot going on over there. I'm glad we made the move although our house in Florida hasn't sold yet.....This is a beautiful area. Good LUCK!!!!!
