BTW, Toyota never (not once) told me about this site. I found it last night while browsing the forum. Thanks for the tip! I wonder why I never heard about it before?

I've not heard back since my interview/drug screen. I felt really confident in how I did in the interview. I don't usually feel that well about interviews when job searching, but I went really prepared for this one. And the drug screen - easy breezy. I've never taken a drug in my life except if prescribed; even then, I take the right dose.

The main interview tip I can give anyone out there is: Look up "behavior-based interviews," study this category of interviews. I can't give you questions or anything - I don't want to risk giving out information that might put my potential job on the line.

In the interest of any diabetics out there: During my Day 2 (Simulation) I got a low blood sugar and had to time-out of the test (you know - step in the safety square) and take in some LifeSavers I had brought with me. I was up and running in 5-10 minutes. Because of that, I was the last one finished (timed test, safety square pauses the time), but I was still called in for an interview. The proctor didn't sweat it that I had to time-out for blood sugar; he understood and said his grandmother was diabetic. I swear, though, I thought he wrote something down about it. Probably wrote it down as a way to explain why I paused for 10 minutes, lol.
Don't sweat it too much. I took my interview and drug test on Feb 2, the day after you. I would have thought that they would notify people one way or the other in a more timely manner, but I guess it really doesn't matter.

Corkyw was you hired for team member or team leader? I think they are sending team members to kentucky and then a few to canada but not real sure on that.. I start the same day you do..
