All the team members I worked with were great and eager to share their knowledge as most have been there since the plant opened in 1988. I was made to feel like part of the team from day 1 and when I left I felt as if I were leaving a job I had been on for some time. It was an eye opening experience and fast paced, hard work so be ready to work but at the same time be ready to have a feeling of pride that something you helped build is now a major investment for some family to use to carry their families around safely and in style. This is like no other job you will have ever worked because no one does it "Toyota Style" except TOYOTA. Good luck to all applicants.
Thank you for sharing your experience and I'm happy you feel like part of the team. Nowadays people don't think about how their work is going to effect other people, but I see you do care. That is nice to hear. I work in a furiture factory and they don't care; all they thiink about is making money in a hurry and going home. There is no team work because they would seat down and wait until you are finished instead of helping you. Thank you again for sharing, GOD BLESS!!

my status says the same..I had my interview the end of march and my status now says you have been asked to schedule yourself for next phase of interview process..but then it says application is being reviewed..does this mean I made it past my interview and need the physical? They still haven't called me or anything. Just a little confused and tired of waiting

I'm not sure with start of production looming in the future if we will be off but those I have asked seem to think we will be. If I find out for certain I will post it. They actually shut down the 2nd week of each July we were told which would be the 11th-15th this year if we do.

Don't count on those application update websites. Just await the call as it could be very soon to several months depending on where they place you. Stay optimistic. Good luck.

Also, what (if any) are the discounts on Toyota vehicles?
ALL benefits are from day 1. Your health insurance cost depends on the package you go with but I'll guarantee you won't find cheaper or better coverage anywhere. 16 paid holidays per year. You earn paid time off. Discounts on vehicles as they will discuss that during the first week of orientation as well as insurance benefits.

Has any applicant who was interviewed from mid/late March received a call/email about physical or contingent job offer?
