HAHA, I have not been that tired in a long time. One of the instructors there, was saying he had to take a nap after doing the stepper. Am glad it's over.

well i went to my physical first an left there an went to fuctionality test next !!! be prepared for the 3 minute step test cause u will be tired after that an trust me on it but stick with it.
