Call around. You might try making one or more of them an offer / telling them your story and seeing if you can get a certain rate you can afford. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Timing & delivery can sometimes matter.


For mobile homes by the month, you'd probably want to get a local phonebook or use the online yellowpages and just call up the business offices of mobile home parks and ask what they might have. Some might have trailers rented like that, others not.
