I am in the Army and currently in Iraq. I have had as much of this place that I want. My time in the Army will be up Jan 2011 and my wife, kids and I are looking at moving to Stevensville. I am also looking at joining the police force in Missoula. My wife is in the banking industry. I would like to know how the locals are to new comers and just the area in general. I come from a small town in Arkansas. Dose anyone see there being a problem with job or finding a place to live in that area?

Missoula is largely a transplant town and they are building new banks like crazy. You will have no problem fitting in.
