We are a retired couple who would like to move to Montana eventually. We would like to find a small furnished house or cabin to rent for a month to do our exploration. We have 2 dogs--an American Bulldog(not a pitbull) and a Chiweenie both females. We need nothing fancy, but like to cook our own meals. A studio or 1 bedroom would be fine. We just want to take trips and see what different areas are like and need a home base to do this. If anyone knows of something available in an area around Missoula please let us know. You might find renting/leasing a motorhome and parking it at a KOA with an extra vehicle for driving about to be easier than finding a short term rental especially with dogs.
