The MODOT page was helpful - thanks BethP.
I just checked with the MODOT page again, and the only flood-related closures near I-70 are in the St. Charles area on Routes B & C, up by the Mississippi, but there don't seem to be any closures on I-70 itself. And once you cross the Missouri, either on I-70 or Hwy 40/I-64 (which meets up with 70 in the Wentzville area), you won't be that close to the Missouri until you get past Columbia, where you'll cross it again. But there aren't any closures there at this point, either.

Two things you could do would be: 1. keep checking the MODOT map until you are ready to leave, so you have the most current information, and 2. check in the St. Louis section here at CD for info from the locals about any flooding. Good luck!
