We are more like family, if you ask for my humble opinion. The kind of family who squabble, fuss, fight, support, empathize, sympathize, kiss and make up, and love each other beyond limits. Yep, we got a couple of black sheep running amok around here but we don't want any one else beating up on them but us. Welcome to the life of the dysfunctional and demented. http://www.freesmileys.org/smileys/confused009.gif (broken link)

Jeez, seems as with each new day we get farther and farther away. The housing market is still in a holding pattern, with the exception of a downward spiral of appraisal values. With this being an election year, I fear it will be much worse than last year. Heck, at this point, we can't give our house away. We just gotta sit on it and wait for the market to start moving again. I am just hoping and praying someone, ANY ONE, will just fall in love with our home SOON and have to, have to have it right now. Wish I could just pick my home up and move it to Missouri. I love my house but, you gotta do what you gotta do. Know anyone wanting to move to Mississippi? Maybe networking will spark some interest. I am open to any suggestions. In the meantime, I must live vicariously within this forum, while unleashing big sighs of wistfulness. Oh well, our day will come; just not sure when.

Kshe95girl and friends,

I am so glad you are all finding this forum such a warm place to hang out! I feel sort of like the old auntie who can't keep up with all the new family members! Forum Time is always a highlight of my day even if there is sadly, never enough time to get around to visit with everyone and in every thread that I would like to.

The good news to me is that there are so many wonderful people that are keeping the home fires burning brightly! Please know that even if I don't respond, I'm reading and enjoying all of your banter!
